WormBase has been updated to the WS151 release of the database. New in this release are ESTs from over 30 parasitic nematode species from the Nematode.net and NemBase projects. These ESTs are available on the Genome Browser under the Non-elegans ESTs track [read more about these projects].
New WormBook chapters now available
Chapters recently added to WormBook include: Male development, Ubiquitin-mediated pathways in C. elegans, Translational control of maternal RNAs, Epidermal morphogenesis, Egg-laying, and Genomic overview of protein kinases.
