New genomes and nGASP predictions now available

New genome browsers for C. brenneri and C. japonica and updated browsers for C. briggsae, C. remanei, and B. malayi are now available. Top-scoring algorithms from nGASP — the nematode genome annotation assessment competition — were used to generate preliminary gene sets for each of these genomes.

New release of WormBase: WS190

WormBase has been updated to the WS190 release of the database. WS190 will be the tenth frozen release of WormBase, and will be made permanently available at ws190.wormbase.org in the coming weeks.
