The most recent referential release of WormBase – WS210 – is now available in perpetuity at ws210.wormbase.org.
We encourage all users conducting long term analyses to use and cite the most recent referential release.
WormMart update status: imminent!
For all dedicated WormMart users, you may have noticed that it hasn’t been updated in awhile.
Well, we’re happy to report today that we’ve resolved the bottleneck that was keeping us from updating WormMart in a timely fashion.
Today we’ll be adding the WS200 instance of WormMart. In the next few weeks, we’ll add instances for the WS205 and WS210 frozen releases. Finally, we will again be updating WormMart for each new release.

Abstract deadline for 2010 topic meeting on Evolution approaching!
The 2010 topic meeting on The Evolutionary Biology of Caenorhabditis and Other Nematodes will be held June 5-8 at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, UK. Abstracts are due by April 2.
