WormBase has been updated to the WS171 release of the database.
February additions to WormBook
WormBook has further expanded its coverage of parasitic nematodes this month with the addition of “The biology and genome of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora” to the Genetics and genomics section of WormBook and “Strongyloides stercoralis: a model for translational research on parasitic nematode biology” to WormMethods. Additionally, “Biogenic amine neurotransmitters in C. elegans” has just been added to the Neurobiology and behavior section.
