New release of WormBase, WS137
WormBase has been updated to the WS137 release of the database.
New Gene Class display
A new Gene Class display
summarizes information on three- and four- letter gene
classes. Entering a specific class such as unc or egl displays all genes
associated with that class.
Textpresso server is back on-line
Service to the Textpresso server (which powers literature searches at
WormBase) has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this
outtage may have caused.
Textpresso server temporarily unavailable
Due to technical difficulties, literature searches via Textpresso are
temporarily unavailable. We are working on the problem and hope to
have it resolved shortly.
