The new Gene Ontology browser makes it easy to identify every gene that has been associated with a particular

The genome browser now has a CDS viewer that makes it easier to see the effect of alternative splices on the
resulting protein. We have also added forward and reverse 3-frame translation tracks.

The genome browser now shows similarity hits on non-C. elegans nematode sequences. Here
is an example.
