The data “freeze” and referential website for WormBase release WS170 is now available at ws170.wormbase.org. We encourage all users conducting long-term analyses to use the most current frozen release when beginning their studies.

WormBase has been updated to the WS171 release of the database.

WormBase has been updated to the WS170 release of the database. WS170 is the 8th “frozen” release of WormBase. In about 3 weeks time, WS170 will be available in perpetuity at ws170.wormbase.org. We encourage all users conducting large-scale data mining and analyses to use this most current frozen release in their studies.

WormBase has been updated to the WS169 release of the database. New features in this release include incorporation of nBrowse [read more…], an interactive interaction network browser. Links to nBrowse are displayed on the Gene Summary. In addition, new images on the Gene Summary and Expression Pattern pages provide a quick overviews of curated expression patterns for many genes. The next release of WormBase, WS170, will be our 8th “frozen” referential release.
