A very preliminary synteny browser lets you
compare the annotations on C. elegans and C. briggsae.
C. briggsae gene predictions available
The genome browser now shows preliminary gene predictions for C.
briggsae. These raw predictions are currently being curated into an authoritative set and should not be
relied upon
