New release of WormBase, WS151
WormBase has been updated to the WS151 release of the database. New in this release are ESTs from over 30 parasitic nematode species from the Nematode.net and NemBase projects. These ESTs are available on the Genome Browser under the Non-elegans ESTs track [read more about these projects].
New WormBook chapters now available
Chapters recently added to WormBook include: Male development, Ubiquitin-mediated pathways in C. elegans, Translational control of maternal RNAs, Epidermal morphogenesis, Egg-laying, and Genomic overview of protein kinases. WS150 "frozen" release site now available
WS150, the most recent analysis freeze of WormBase, is now permanently archived at ws150.wormbase.org.
New release of WormBase, WS150
WormBase has been updated to the WS150 release of the database. New data includes orthologous relationships identified by the InParanoid algorithm (see the vab-1 Gene Page for an example). We’ve also overhauled the display of RNAi experiments. WS150 is the 6th “frozen” reference release of WormBase. It will be available at ws150.wormbase.org within the next few days. We encourage all users conducting long-term bioinformatics analyses to use the most current referential release of the database
