WormBase has been updated to the WS153 release of the database. New in this release is the addition of the F-box A, F-box B, and MATH gene classes. WormBase has been updated to the WS152 release of the database. This release contains updates of yeast homology data and refined interpolated map positions of SNPs.

WormBase has been updated to the WS151 release of the database. New in this release are ESTs from over 30 parasitic nematode species from the Nematode.net and NemBase projects. These ESTs are available on the Genome Browser under the Non-elegans ESTs track [read more about these projects].

WS150, the most recent analysis freeze of WormBase, is now permanently archived at ws150.wormbase.org.

WormBase has been updated to the WS150 release of the database. New data includes orthologous relationships identified by the InParanoid algorithm (see the vab-1 Gene Page for an example). We’ve also overhauled the display of RNAi experiments. WS150 is the 6th “frozen” reference release of WormBase. It will be available at ws150.wormbase.org within the next few days. We encourage all users conducting long-term bioinformatics analyses to use the most current referential release of the database
