Intermittent connectivity issues
We’re experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our colocation facility. This is disrupting access to the Genome Browser. We hope to have this problem resolved shortly.
WormBase Release: WS213
WormBase has been updated to the WS213 release of the database. Release notes are available on the WormBase site.
WormMart back online!
I’m happy – no, relieved – to report that WormMart is back online.
I’ve restored service to release WS180, WS190, WS195, and WS200. We’ll have more current releases available in the next two weeks.
Wormmart service outtage until 10PM ET (GMT -5)
Some of you might have noticed problems recently with WormMart.
We’re happy to report that we have identified the source of these problems and are quickly working to resolve them. To do so, we’ll be taking WormMart offline this evening. We hope to have the problem resolved by 10PM ET (GMT -5).
