I am a graduate student working on C.eleans, and now I am trying to analyze my gene-chip microarray data. I really want to see the difference of the new-release genome data to make my own work fast and correct
The genome changes were postponed to WS235, but as WS235 is already available as staging version on the FTP site, you can grab the files and see if it changed anything in your data.
