The 21st edition of Ver Midi will be held at the CIML, Marseille on Friday 26th January 2018, with Henrik Bringmann as invited speaker. It will be preceded by a workshop on high-throughput methods on the 25th, sponsored by Union Biometrica and TECAN.

WormBase Workshop presentation slides at IWM 2017 available
WormBase hosted a workshop at the recently concluded International Worm Meeting at UCLA, which included presentations on community curation, Micropublications and the demonstration of tools for simple queries, data mining and data visualization. WormBase has a number of activities planned at the IWM 2017 at UCLA. A plenary talk will give an overview about the exciting things that have been implemented or planned for WormBase. Come to the WormBase workshop (Thursday, June 22, 1.00pm-2.30pm, Northwest Auditorium) to learn about data mining tools in WormBase, and how to contribute your data. Come to the Micropublication booth (#102) to learn how to micropublish your unpublished data! WormBase staff will be present at the WormBase booth (#103) to answer any questions and to assist you with any queries you need help with.
