Transcription Factor Genes for modENCODE
The modENCODE Data Coordinating Center seeks input from the C. elegans and Drosophila research communities on which transcription factors to select for analysis in modENCODE projects. Availability of suitable antibodies as well as community priorities are important factors in deciding which transcription factors will be mapped first. Please visit the modENCODE web site for more information.
